7 Days from Casablanca to Sahara

▷ Itinerary: 7 Days from Casablanca 

Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Fez

Departure from your accommodation in Casablanca towards Rabat, where you will visit the Hassan tower and the Oudayas kasbah, then we continue to Meknes, to see the main door of the medina and the mausoleum of Molay Ismail, from there we continue towards Fez, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Fez – Azrou – Medelt – Errachidia – Erfoud – Merzouga

After your breakfast we leave for the desert via the Middle Atlas mountains, we stop in the cedar forest to see the monkeys, then we cross the Ziz valley, to reach the Errachidia town, from there we will go to Erfoud famous for these fossils, we will then cross a desert tray towards Merzouga, here you will take a camel ride to reach the camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes, you will admire the sunset and you have a great evening at the camp. Dinner and overnight in a nomad tent.

Day 3: Merzouga

After the sunrise show and the breakfast we return on camel back to the Merzouga village, then we start to discover the desert region by 4×4, visit the mines of Mifis, stop to share a tea with a nomadic family , take beautiful photos of Lake Dayt Serji, have lunch while listening to the music of the Gnaoua in the village of Khamliya, return to the village of Merzouga. Dinner and night in a hotel facing the dunes.

Day 4: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Ouarzazate.

We leave to Rissani and visit the mausoleum of Molay Ali Chrif Alaoui, then we continue to the Todra gorges through Erfoud, Tinjdad. You enjoy a hike between the cliffs, then we continue towards the Dades gorges, we stop at Tanghir, to see an old Jewish village, from there we leave towards Boumalne Dades, here you will have a photos stop before continuing in direction of kelaa Mgouna, famous for the cultivation of roses. Then we drive towards Skoura to see the kasbah of Amridil, from there we will go to Ouarzazate, visit of the kasbah of Taourirt. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait ben haddou – Marrakech

Breakfast and departure to Marrakech, on the way we will visit the mauve studios and the kasbah Ait ben haddou, and we will cross the magnificent High Atlas mountains, with these beautiful panoramic views of the Berber villages, we will arrive in Marrakech at the end of day. Dinner and overnight in a Riad.

Day 6: Marrakech

You will have a full day to explore the Marrakech medinas with a local guide, this tour includes the palaces: Badi and Bahia, the Jewish quarter, the Saadian tembes, the Menara and Majorelles gardens. Dinner and overnight in your Riad.

Day 7: Marrakech – Casablanca

We return to Casablanca by the highway, we drop you off at your accommodation in Casablanca.
